Job Notes can be taken at any time by field workers and can be attached to Bizzow Work Orders (Jobs). Bizzow Job Notes are updated immediately and can be viewed at the office. Notifications and alerts are also availble to inform office users whenever a new Job Note is captured. Job Notes can also be added by office staff to any work orders or jobs. They can be tagged with special descriptors such as "must do" or "private" so that priority or confidentially may be configured against each note.

Bizzow iOS and Android apps provide the ability to view and enter job notes when working in the field. Job notes can be attached to jobs at any time by clicking an icon. Notes can also be made mandatory within forms. For example when a job is started, a mandatory WHS form requires mandatory job notes or description of a working environment.
