The run includes the time between stops. Bring planned breaks, driver updates and the next visit into the same working day.
Assign a journey management plan to the route. Drivers see the next break due, receive reminders and record when a break starts and ends. Dispatch can review those updates alongside route progress.
Explore journey safetyDrivers open assigned visits in the field app, record arrival and send notes, photos and checklist answers. If access is blocked or a delivery cannot be completed, report it against that visit so dispatch can act.

Choose less total driving time, fewer kilometres or a more even workload across the team. Planning uses visit windows, available people and configured vehicle details. Review the proposed route and any unassigned jobs before publishing.
Routing uses configured asset dimensions, mass and axle information with supported road restriction data. Review the vehicle profile and route warnings before departure. Routing information supports your access checks; it does not replace permit or road-access decisions.
Available current traffic informs travel times, and road incident data can identify affected roads. Route recovery reviews the remaining work and can propose an alternative around a closure. Completed visits stay recorded, and the dispatcher can inspect the revised plan.
The field app captures visit notes, photos and checklist results against the assigned job. Customer-linked jobs also support customer sign-off. The office can review the completion details with the visit instead of chasing separate messages.
Assign the journey plan during route planning. The mobile view shows the next break due and supports break reminders, start and end actions, and recorded break updates. Dispatch can inspect the journey information with the route.
Drivers can send a delay or unable-to-complete update for the assigned stop. Dispatch sees that update with route progress and recent location information. This helps the team decide what to do about the remaining visits.
The field app queues supported job events, attachment links and checklist submissions when they cannot be sent, then retries. The office receives those updates after connectivity returns. Vehicle tracking and upload behaviour depend on the fitted device and connection.
