Report A System Outage

Sometimes we rely on you

to let us know something is not right

Please Report A System Outage If

  1. You cannot access our login page. For example your browser displays "page not found"
  2. You and all your other staff using different log in credentials cannot login
  3. When you log in, a spinning wheel is displayed for extended periods
  4. All of your vehicles are not updating information

But before contacting us, please double check that you have an internet connection and there are no known mobile phone outages in your area.

If all vehicles on your account have stopped working, then most likely there is an outage with our servers or the telecommunications provider.

Log out of Hawk and log back in (re enter your username and password) and check for any announcements
